Shipping policy

Please allow one week from the date of your order, before inquiring. Processing orders takes up to 3-5 business days, after which your order will be shipped. Custom items (Zodiac wigs, Ready2Wear units, etc.) require longer order processing time (5-10 business days) prior to shipping.

Tracking information is included in all orders, and once an order is dispatched to a shipping courier, we are no longer able to give any information about the tracking status. If you have questions about your order after it is shipped, please contact the delivery company directly.
