We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Please email orders@useMUSEhair.com within 48 hours of delivery if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

If your order is flagged by one of our payment processors, we will reach out for additional details (including ID) to confirm your identity & authenticity of your order. Processing time does not begin until we receive confirmation.
If we do not receive a response from you within 3 business days, we will cancel your order.Â
