Custom items (Zodiac wigs, Ready2Wear units, etc.) require longer order processing time (5-10 business days) prior to shipping. Tracking information is included for all orders, and once an order is dispatched to a shipping courier, we are no longer able to provide information about the tracking status. If you have questions about your order after it is shipped, please contact the delivery company directly. Please track your orders closely; if you would like to add signature delivery or shipping insurance, please add Shipping Insurance to your cart.
