Processing orders takes up to 3-5 business days, after which your order will be shipped. Custom items (Zodiac wigs, Ready2Wear units, etc.) require longer order processing time (5-10 business days) prior to shipping. Tracking information is included for all orders, and once an order is dispatched to a shipping courier, we are no longer able to provide information about the tracking status. If you have questions about your order after it is shipped, please contact the delivery company directly. Please track your orders closely; if you would like to add signature delivery or shipping insurance, please add Shipping Insurance to your cart.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For international orders, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery,
in addition to order processing time.
*** International shoppers, please be aware that (depending on your country) you may be required to pay a fee for your package to be released at customs. This is not included in your purchase price and requirements/fees vary by country. We are not liable for any additional charges and if your package is returned, your order will not be refunded or reshipped. ***  
 
 
 
RETURNS POLICY:
Due to hygienic reasons, we do NOT accept
any returns or exchanges.

No changes or cancellations can be made to orders after 24 hours of purchase.

If your order is flagged by one of our payment processors, we will reach out for additional details (including ID) to confirm your identity & authenticity of your order. Processing time does not begin until we receive confirmation.
If we do not receive a response from you within 3 business days, we will cancel your order. 
We hold the right to pursue all fraudulent behavior with legal action.
