Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow 4-6 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Shipping estimates apply to delivery time only, and do not include order processing time.

  • Custom orders (including Zodiac Wigs, Ready2Wear Units, and custom-dyed pieces) require 6โ€“10 business days for order processing & wash/dye job.

Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. After an order is handed to the carrier, MUSE Hair is not responsible for shipping delays or tracking updates. Please contact the courier directly for delivery-related inquiries.


Shipping Insurance & Delivery

๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping insurance is available and strongly recommended for all orders.

MUSE Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked delivered by the carrier. Orders without shipping insurance are shipped at the customerโ€™s risk.

Some orders may require signature confirmation for delivery.


๐ŸŒ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

MUSE Hair is based in the U.S.; international orders typically arrive within 7โ€“10 business days, excluding processing time.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or release fees may apply depending on your country.

  • These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the customerโ€™s responsibility.

  • Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded or reshipped.


๐Ÿšซ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Orders@useMUSEhair@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos and a brief description of the issue.


โ— ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be changed or canceled after 24 hours of purchase.

  • All orders enter production immediately.

  • Change requests must be emailed within 24 hours with your order number.

  • Requests submitted after this window cannot be accommodated.


๐Ÿ”’ PAYMENT VERIFICATION

Orders flagged by our payment processors may require additional verification before processing.

  • Processing begins once verification is completed.

  • Orders will be canceled if verification is not received within 3 business days.

  • MUSE Hair reserves the right to refuse or cancel fraudulent orders and may pursue legal action where fraud is suspected.
