Please note that custom items (Zodiac wigs, Ready2Wear units, etc.) require longer order processing time (6-10 business days) prior to shipping, due to them being custom dyed. Tracking information is included for all orders, and once an order is dispatched to a shipping courier, we are no longer able to provide additional information about the tracking status. If you have questions about your order after it is shipped, please contact the delivery company directly. Please track your orders closely; if you would like to add shipping insurance, please add Shipping Insurance to your cart.

No changes or cancellations can be made to orders after 24 hours of placing an order. Please note that all orders are put into production immediately– to change your order, please email Orders@useMUSEhair.com your request + order confirmation number within 24 hours of placing your order (at no extra cost). Without an email, all items will be processed as ordered.

If your order is flagged by one of our payment processors, we will reach out for additional details (including ID) to confirm your identity & authenticity of your order. Order processing time does not begin until we receive this confirmation.
If we do not receive a response from you within 3 business days, we will cancel your order.
