  • What is your return policy?
    • Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons we do not accept any returns. Please send an email along with photos to orders@usemusehair.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will happily resolve any issues.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • How long will it take to receive my hair extensions?
    • Please allow up to  5-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. For custom/specialty wigs, please allow additional time as each wig is hand-dyed. For more details please check out our Shipping + Returns policy.
  • I messed up! Can I change my order?
    • Please note that all orders are put into production immediately– to change your order, please email Orders@useMUSEhair.com your request + order confirmation number within 24 hours of placing your order. Without an email, all items will be processed as ordered.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • At the moment we are not accepting international orders. This option will be back again soon! (Please note that for international orders the customer is responsible for paying any customs/fees. Orders that are not accepted from customs by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.)
  • If your order is flagged by one of our payment processors, we will reach out for additional details (including ID) to confirm your identity and authenticity of your order. If we do not receive a response from you within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled. We hold the right to pursue all fraudulent behavior with severe legal action.
  • What does "Virgin Hair" mean?
    • Please click HERE to view the differences between Virgin Hair and Raw Hair.
    • Virgin hair is human hair that has not been chemically altered or dyed. Beautiful textures are achieved through steaming the hair. Each bundle is collected from one donor and all strands of hair are wefted in the same direction; this means that there will be minimal shedding or split ends.
    • Since this hair is not dyed, the colors of each bundle/wig may slightly vary. Bundles come in a natural 1B (dark brown) color.
      • Occasionally, donors have gray hairs that get included in the wefting process. Our quality control team removes most during manufacturing, but any gray hairs found in bundles can be plucked for easy removal without damaging the weft.   
  • Please note that all custom colored wigs (including the zodiac collection) are susceptible to the colors fading over time. Please note that this is simply the nature of all hair that uses hair dye. We suggest to use color-safe shampoos and washing the wigs in cool water to retain color for as long as possible. This only applies for dyed hair, 613 blonde and natural 1B colors will not fade.
  • How many bundles do I need for a full head?
    • Each of our bundles weighs about 3.5oz. For lengths 22" and under, we recommend 3 bundles for a full head. For lengths 24"+, we recommend 3-4 bundles of hair. Lengths 30"+ will require 4-5 bundles. Longer lengths need more bundles because the wefts are shorter.
  • I need this hair ASAP! Can I have overnight shipping?
    • Please proceed with your order and add expedited shipping. Please note that overnight shipping does not include order processing time (3-5+ business days).
  • Will the hair revert to the original texture after being flat ironed?
    • Yes! Our wigs + bundles can 100% be heat styled as they are human hair. However, due to the delicate nature of the hair extensions, we do not recommend excessive heat styling as this can permanently alter the hair pattern, especially with curly textures. If you do plan to flat iron this hair, please do so with care and use heat protectant spray along with setting your styling tools on a low temperature.
